WOW! What a great learning experience I had this weekend. I attended a workshop at The Blank Stage called Master Conversion. The primary focus of the workshop was to increase the effectiveness of business communications. Hoe many business owners would like to turn more tire kickers into buyers? How many of you want to have more advocates for your business, who turn into RAVING FANS for you and the value of the service or product you provide? I know I do. And I learned hoe to ask the right questions, listen more carefully, and respond appropriately. I highly recommend this powerhouse workshop to anyone business professional.
