I read the site and this is very encouraging for me. One tip I really like is how you can set your goal and work on it backwards. I can apply this to my clients too. Thanks a lot!

There are so many factors which helps to improve the relation between client and employee. I visit the mentioned site and got the so much idea regarding to this matter that is useful to me.

This interview is awesome. I read Linchpin, giving to me by another Top Recommended People member, Ed “the Rainmaker” Rosenbaum. I agree with many of Seth’s points in the book including that we were never trained to be entrepreneurs, or in his terminology, artists.
